From the Main Menu, select Administration. Once the Administration section is displayed, select the Product Settings tab at the top of the page, and then Server Health under that.

Backup & Restore

Backup and Restore is the process of storing copy of data that can be used to protect organizations against data loss. This will restore all the data that was last updated.

From the Main Menu, select Administration. Once the Administration section is displayed, select the Product Settings tab at the top of the page, and then select Backup & Restore under that.

Main Menu > Administration > Product Settings > Backup & Restore

This page displays the list of all the Backup Files with options to either download, restore or delete any record.

Click the Create Backup button to trigger a Manual Backup. This will display a popup.

Enter the Description and assign a role to Send Notifications to.

Click Create.

Once the backup is completed, you can download the file and store it in a safe location for possible future restoration.
