Overview
SIRP SOAR Add-On for JIRA is the technical add-on/plugin developed by SIRP Labs. This App is available on Jira Marketplace and it allows users to prompt SIRP to "Close" the "Incident" corresponding to an Issue/Ticket that has been closed on JIRA, in real-time.
Requirements
JIRA Service Management instance.
Installation
In your Service Management instance, navigate to the top click on the Apps dropdown, and select Explore more apps.
Once redirected to Marketplace apps, search for the SIRP SOAR app.
Click on the app and the Get app button.
After that you will receive a notification at the bottom right of your window to configure the app, click on the Configure link.
Configuration:
When configuring the app, add the domain of your SIRP instance, in the SIRP_Instance_Identifier* box. Example: Enter "xbank" if your SIRP instance is available at xbank.sirp.io.
Add the API token generated by your user from SIRP, to the SIRP_APIToken* box
And then click on Submit

Manually closing tickets on SIRP
Users can close the ticket manually by clicking on the button Close Status displayed on the JIRA issue panel, under the SIRP SOAR header. Additionally, the connection to the SIRP instance can be verified by clicking on the ‘Check Connectivity’ option.
Automatically closing tickets on SIRP
The ticket can be closed automatically as soon as the JIRA issue status is set to "Closed”. This happens when you enable the AutoCloseStatus option in the App's configuration.
