About Rootly

Rootly ITSM (IT Service Management) is a platform designed to streamline and automate IT service delivery and support processes within organizations. It helps IT teams manage incidents, service requests, changes, problems, and other IT-related tasks efficiently.

Together, SIRP and Rootly can automate manual tasks such as incident ticket creation, ticket updation, and syncing comments on tickets.

The incident can automatically be pushed from SIRP to Rootly. This can help security teams to respond quickly and efficiently, reducing the overall incident response time.
