About Juniper SRX Firewall
Juniper SRX Firewall is a line of high-performance network security devices designed and manufactured by Juniper Networks. These firewalls are known for their robust security features, scalability, and flexibility, making them suitable for various network environments ranging from small businesses to large enterprises and service providers.
SIRP's integration with the Juniper SRX Firewall reduces response time because it allows security teams to execute actions on Juniper Firewall without ever leaving the SIRP interface.
Supported Actions
SIRP’s Juniper SRX integration app allows you to execute the following actions:

Enable Juniper SRX App in SIRP
First, log in to SIRP instance, then go to Apps from the left navigation bar
Locate the app named Juniper SRX FIrewall.
Enable the App by clicking on the toggle button under the Status column
Once you enable the App, click the Configure icon to add configuration details:
Add the following details and click Save:
Host: <IP Address of the Juniper SRX Firewall>
Port: 22
Username: <Username for Juniper SRX Firewall>
Password: <User's password>
After the last step, you should be able to execute the Juniper automation Actions on-demand or through Playbooks to block and unblock IP addresses.
Integration in Action
Once the integration between SIRP and Juniper SRX is complete, you can execute all the supported Actions. For example, from any container, click on the IP address then select
Juniper SRX Firewall > BLOCK IP AS A SOURCE
Once the Action is successfully executed, the IP will be blocked within the Juniper SRX firewall.
To validate this log in to your Juniper Firewall instance then go to Configure>Security Services > Objects > Global Addresses
Here you will find the blocked IP address
